Our field of interest also includes multifaceted research on Polonia. In this respect, we are interested not only in the history of Polish communities in particular regions of the globe, but also in the view of these diasporas from various perspectives, including sociological, political and legal. The editors of the year-book wish - through the publication of in-depth analyses in the pages of the journal - to make "Polonia Inter Gentes" an important place on the scientific map for the dissemination of studies on the topics of Polish political emigration and the history of the Polish diaspora in its various aspects. <p>We would like to invite all interested researchers to submit proposals for articles for the sixth issue of the journal <em>Polonia Inter Gentes</em> (2025). The main theme of this year's issue will be <strong>Polish-Canadian relations and the history of Polish presence in Canada</strong>. At the same time, we are open to other articles related to the broader objectives of our periodical. We welcome original research papers/communications and source material analyses for the first part of the journal ("Studia"). Furthermore, we encourage members of Polish diaspora organisations to submit texts for the second part of the journal, which should focus on the history of selected emigration/diaspora institutions and the socio-cultural activities of Poles in specific countries ("Z życia Polonii i Polaków za granicą").</p> <p><strong>Submission deadline:</strong> July 15, 2025.</p>

<p>We are pleased to announce that the journal „Polonia Inter Gentes” has been accepted into the international scientific database <a href="https://www.ceeol.com/search/journal-detail?id=4346" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL)</a>, which collects academic journals and books in the field of humanities and social sciences from Central, Eastern and Southern Europe and related to these parts of Europe.</p> <p>Thanks to indexing in the CEEOL database, articles will be available in the most important scientific search engines.</p> <p>Additionally, the CEEOL database cooperates with Clarivate / Web of Science when evaluating each journal it indexes, which means that the Web of Science database has full access to the CEEOL database and selects the journals with which it wants to cooperate.</p>
