The Legal Nature of Terms in Procedures for the Award of Payments to Agricultural Producers in the Light of the Case Law of Administrative Courts in Poland (selected issues)

Abstract
The aim of the article is to analyze the decisions of administrative courts in Poland judgments concerning the identification of the legal nature of deadlines in administrative proceedings for the grant of agricultural payments. In the jurisprudence of administrative courts it is stressed that the issue of proper determination of the legal nature of the various terms used in the provisions of administrative law is an important issue, but at the same time arousing controversy. At the same time specify the nature of the legal terms is a very important issue because of the different legal consequences of particular types of deadlines in administrative law to the rights and obligations of the agricultural producers applying for agricultural payments.
