Abstract
Proposed document – consular departement’s circular of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, issued by the Wiktor Tomir Drymmera in 1938 is an important record of polish goverment in exile policy. Firstly, it defines the basic directions of emigration policy, on the other hand submit the findings to the Jewish question in a global perspective for the whole of Europe.
