Cluster-Based Policy at European Union and Poland Levels

Abstract

Cluster-based Policy is defined as a grouping of activities and instruments used by the authorities at various levels for the improvement of the level of competitiveness of the economy by stimulating the development of the existing cluster systems or their creation at first and foremost the regional level. We can enumerate various types of cluster-based policies. This kind of policy can assume various forms and put pressure on different problems. The main aim of article was to answer the question: What are the key instruments and assumption in cluster-based policy making?
