Abstract

In the new paradigm of development and territorial management, cooperation with NGOs is important, as they see local development as a factor. It is worth to know what local authorities think about this, so the aim of this article is to evaluate the cooperation of local government units with non-governmental organizations in the context of the contemporary paradigm of development and territorial management on the example of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship. Literature, survey and deduction methods were used in the study. Research has allowed a synthetic assessment of the current situation in the surveyed area.
