Natural law and civil law - issues for revision research

Abstract
Dilemmas related to the relation of natural law to statutory law the (civil) state finds expression in controversy over the union laws with morality. Discussions around this problem, although they have been going on for centuries, have drastically worsened in the last century under the influence of legal positivism. The discussion concerns, inter alia, ethical behavior of Christians in a democratic system that is guided by civil law which is not exactly - especially now - morally acceptable, taking the faithful seriously faith and natural law.
