The issue of forced migration of Ukrainians under martial law

Abstract

The article examines problematic issues that arise in the case of forced migration of Ukrainians under martial law. Problems related to migration flows have always attracted the special attention of all countries without exception, as they are based on humanitarian, ecological, economic and other crises. The largest migration crisis is currently taking place, associated with the forced resettlement of Ukrainians from territories both within the country and from Ukraine to European countries It was determined that there are various reasons for migration, but the migration of the population of Ukraine, which was faced with the war unleashed by the Russian Federation, is forced. In connection with mass departures, in the first days of the war, of a particularly vulnerable category of Ukraine (persons who left temporarily occupied cities), a new problem appeared in the territories where people from temporarily
occupied territories moved the most. Analyzing the problematic issues that arise during migration are almost the same both in Ukraine and in European countries and require significant revision both at the legislative level and in the social direction, which must be carried out with the close cooperation of all states and the adoption of a unified approach to their solution.
