ANALYSIS OF CASES OF VIOLATIONS OF DOCTORS' RIGHTS
Abstract
The article shows specific cases of violations of doctors' rights and the legal mechanisms to defend against them. The importance of educating doctors about their rights is emphasised. It was pointed out that doctors have the right to practise their profession under safe conditions, and that there are prerequisites under which medics may refuse to provide medical assistance. No one has the right to force doctors to perform medical acts incompatible with their competence or their professed system of values and beliefs.
