The Visit of Bishop Stanisław Stefanek, TChr, to Iași, Romania, In August 1997

Abstract
From August 2nd to 8th, 1997, Bishop Stanislaw Stefanek, TChr, as a member of the Pontifical Council for the Family, participated in the Council’s away session at the Major Seminary and Faculty of Theology in Iasi, Romania. The meeting consisted of a series of lectures. During the session, Bishop Stanislaw Stefanek delivered the following papers: “He Created Them as Man and Woman: Gender in the Bible” and “Natural Methods and the Spirituality of Marriage.” In the context of contemporary trends promoting, among other things, gender ideology, Bishop Stanislaw Stefanek’s teachings in the context of marriage and family are extremely timely and worth recalling.
