Primate Stefan Wyszyński – teacher and defender of Polish culture

Abstract

Polish history and culture were the subjects of love and national pride of Primate Stefan Wyszyński. This pride is justified in the centuries-old history of Polish culture, which has been Christian from the very beginning. History and awareness of historical
continuity were the thesis of Wyszyński’s teaching as a bishop, primate, and statesman. He spoke very often about the thousand-year-old culture in Poland.
