Abstract

The aim of this publication is to present the ethical and moral problems faced by Catholics and believers in the political space in Poland, while also being citizens of the European Union. A Catholic functioning in a modern state does not cease to be a citizen. The issue of trust and legitimization in a state that violates the basic values and duties towards the faith of Catholics will become an increasingly big problem. Catholic Social Teaching can be of help to Christians, especially political Catholicism, which is today “the most neglected part of the teaching of the Church”.
