The Efficiency of Financing Proecological Activities in the Voivodship X in the years 2008-2010

Abstract
The article presents outcomes of analysis and assessment of economic and ecological efficiency. The investigations concerning inputs from public funds spending on emission reduction and other activities bringing this effect indirectly. Discussed activities were financed by Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in voivodship X in the years 2008–2010. The conclusion was that the majority of tasks did not fulfill the basic condition — the obtainment of the surplus of avoided external costs over the size of financing from public funds.
