Private prison system as a solution for overpopulated prisons? Consideration based on example of the American penal system

Abstract
The main goal of this article is to present the arguments in debate over private prisons. This discussion consist of three levels: scientific, professional and publicist. Private prison system is developing since many years in United States, that is why I would like to report the advantages and disadvantages of this solution based on American example.
