Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical and practical dimensions of the organizational culture of uniformed services, on the example of the Polish Police. The focus was on describing the role and function, the positive and negative aspects of this phenomenon were also quoted. The second part was devoted to examples of specific activities: sports and charity events, picnics, festivals, competitions, blood donation campaigns, kennel shows, meetings with children, students and other groups, organization of conferences, exhibitions, recording podcasts, videos, tiktoks, publishing police magazines, police ceremonial, work within associations and foundations, information policy, literary works, television programmes, unofficial activities of off-duty officers.
