CSR in Poland and the Importance of Art in Business

Natalia Rudnicka-Basek

Abstract

The aim of the article is to present pro-cultural activities carried out by business entities. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is becoming an increasingly popular form of support for cultural entities by enterprises. The importance of art in the analysis of business development prospects allows us to look at enterprises not only as entities producing a specific good – goods or services, but also as business units operating in a specific socio-cultural space that influence the cultural development of their area. The research method used in the article is case study.
