The meteorological conditions of safety of tourism and recreation in the vicinity of Zamosc

Abstract
The work describes the impact of selected meteorological elements and climatological characteristics on the safety, and their impact on human sensations during leisure or recreation time in the open air. On the basis of the conducted meteorologi- cal observations and studies the authors point out the number of days in Zamość vicinity when dangerous natural phenomena may take place as well as periods good for leisure and outdoor activities.
