Kwalifikacje kierowników podmiotów leczniczych niebędących przedsiębiorcami – postulaty de lege ferenda
Abstract
This article is a voice in the scientific polemic regarding legal regulations regarding the qualifications of managers of medical entities who are not entrepreneurs in Poland. The discourse on the proper management of healthcare entities has been ongoing for many years. This issue is current and complex. It covers many aspects, including legal, social, financial and economic. The main scope of considerations in this study is the analysis of statutory criteria applicable to the position of manager (director) of a healthcare entity, the procedure for selecting the appropriate candidate for this position by the competition committees, and an attempt to formulate demands for changing the applicable legal provisions. To conclude, it should be stated that the proper selection of a candidate for a manager is crucial not only for the proper operation of a given healthcare entity, but also constitutes an important component of the functioning of the entire health care system.
