It depicts the policies of Russia, the United States, and China vis-a-vis that area, putting forward a new definition of political turbulence, being a potpourri of viewpoints drawnfrom the literature of the subject. The analyses scrutinize responses to the political turbulence of the post-Soviet area. The deliberations encompass both the global geopolitical situation, as well as the fundamental reconstruction of the structure of the international order. The paper also presents an example of a framework in order to ,,maintain” the political turbulence of the post -Soviet area, as a limitation of the effectiveness of the control -mechanism of the Russian Federation’s activities in the area, as well as centrifugal tendencies.
