From the researches on the forming of the regional identity of contemporary Ukraine

Abstract
The aim of the article is an analysis of the problem of forming of regional identity in contemporary Ukraine, with the special consideration of the process of forming the national identity. The main task of the article is to set forth many experience categories, such as: region, regionalization, regional and national identity, and also the analysis of the regionalization in the process of forming the Ukrainian state system. The author tried to describe the present regional development of Ukraine status as well as scientific prognosis of her directions of development. In reflections are used primary sources as well as literature of object.
