The Role of Human Capital in the Customer Relationship Management. The Results of Research in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Opolskie Voivodship

Abstract

The paper characterized the salesforce human resources and its role in customer relationship management. The general proposition of this paper, is to discuss the conditions and instruments under which managers can motivate enterprise saleforce HR. A part of the report, based on the results of studies carried out on the client capital management in the small and medium-sized enterprises in Opolskie Voivodship, was dedicated to human capital management responsible for the cooperation with client capital in those enterprises.
