    Abstract

    The transformation of the political system in Ukraine took place after the events referred to as: „Euromaidan”. Changing the political system was the aftermath of the events and resulted in receiving part of the powers of the president by parliament. The article analyzes exactly what system changes have been included in the amendments to the Basic Law.
