Pedagogical biographies are the treasury of role models, of people who daily and in an extraordinary way realized the social mission of teaching and upbringing. The main purpose of this article is to justify that the teaching of Natalia Tułasiewicz (1906-1945) is worth being included in this treasury and may stand for timeless role model for attitude to challenges brought by any reality, no matter what time calendar indicates.
There is no need to justify the Natalia’s deeds, since her heroism was confirmed during the beatification process. What is worth considering, is the relation between the deeds and advantages of Natalia and the quality of her teaching profession. As a priority for these concerns the following deeds and advantages of Natalia has been taken: the ability of well being among people, patriotism, the ability to perceive and admire the beauty of a nature, human commodities and creative activities, admiration of quietness and loneliness, reflectiveness, withholding of thoughts and feelings, adequacy and criticism towards people and incidents observation, good sense of humor, simplicity, being humble and gratefulness. As the basic source for Natalia Tułasiewicz teaching interpretation, the 4 volumes of her diaries were used, regarding the following years: 1938-1943.
The conclusion from the considerations, which is at the same time the message to present day teaching is as follows: the teaching well-being of Natalia Tułasiewicz depended on gaining happiness from performing social and occupational tasks with the use of her deeds as the wealth of this being.
